Really friendly staff who were very friendly. Set meal was great value and well cooked.
Hallway carpet... Too old, look disgusting
Even though there were planes flying right over the hotel my room was very quiet and comfortable and on any future visits I will be happy to stay again
Cup and teaspoon not clean there was some smudges on them.
I had been working in cold condition all day, so I'd had preferred real hot water from the shower, but it was just warm. Also it took very long time to heat up the room from the standard 20C to 22C.
location price comfort
internet access - too expensive I upgraded to executive room which was still very basic. A normal room must be very disappointing.
Room condition was generally very good, despite some wear and tear - the curtain in my room had a bleached spot. The hotel is located at Bath Road that runs parallel to one of the runways of Heathrow. Initially I was put off reading the address (Heyes) but really there was nothing to worry about - the stretch around Heathrow was very safe, the neighbouring hotels were Sheraton and Mariott. I found the room very well sound-proofed, so despite proximity to Heathrow the sleep quality was excellent. A special mention for the staff - I found them very polite and professional.
My single room was a bit small.
I stayed to sleep only between 2 flights. The hopon bus = excellent value to get me to H. Inn. However, when I asked for a 6 A.M. wake up call the staff told me to do it on the tv. I expressed concern and they said they'd call me but in a way that I didn't fully believe that they would remember to call me. I set the tv "okay" and then shut it off. It didn't make sense to me that it would work as my alarm clock. Needless to say, the room was 21 degrees c and I boiled and then I didn't sleep. The phone rang at 6 A.M. I turned the tv on and the tv turned off at 6:30 A.M. so I didn't understand that. I heard noise from the hallway and my neighbors. I would not return to your hotel but would return to the ibis next door.
convenience of location
budget hotel price, extras not budget
Handy for Heathrow Airport, cheap
Good Staff, clean & good location
On arrival Booked.net had sent the wrong credit card details so my booking had been cancelled, the staff were great and sorted the problem. Booked.net you need to stop working with fax's and a mkanuel system and start using a better system, even the hotel were saying how much work it is to deal with you, i also have properties on Booked.net and because you don't inform us of bookings by email or sms it causes's many problems, other companies are going to take over if your not careful!
proximity to airport.
could be improved by free wifi every where could be improved by free shuttle bus
Easy access to/from Heathrow airport.
It was fine, although the bed was a bit too hard.
it is close to the airport
no laudry service from friday thru monday morning. hotel restaurant closed on Friday and Sat nite for events held there, hotel guests were hidden in a meeting room for a makeshift dining room. Sunday, restaurant was closed in the evening and meals were eaten in the rooms. Internet was restricted to 2 devices even after charging a large fee for service, trouble when there are 2 people in the room. I stayed in the Executive room and it was very small and uncomfortable. I stay in Holiday Inns all over the world, including West Africa. This is a horrible representation for Holiday Inn. I will definitely not choose Holiday Inn automatically any longer, this taught me a huge lesson. Food in the restaurant overpriced also.
It is close to the Heathrow Airport
The information on their website is misleading for people not familiar with "custom" of uk such as Shuttle Bus need to pay, WiFi is not free,...
